The Applicant is an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners plc (CCEP plc). CCEP plc is a consumer goods company that manufactures, sells and distributes an extensive range of non-alcoholic ready-to-drink beverages and alcoholic ready-to-drink beverages across Western Europe and the API regions. The Applicant plans to use the Land for non-residential purposes to expand their existing site (used for manufacturing and distribution activities). The Applicant owns the adjoining land. The property will continue to be tenanted to a third party for a short period while the required properties are acquired, and necessary preparations are made for the expansion. |
