This standing consent permits the consent holder to acquire up to 300 hectares of residential (but not otherwise sensitive) land in up to 25 transactions with a maximum of 25 hectares per transaction by 20 July 2027. This is the second acquisition of land under the standing consent. The consent holder will develop 10-12 new independent retirement living units on the land.
