The Applicant is a member of the group of companies associated with the French luxury fashion house Chanel.

The Land is currently operated as Lammermoor Station, which undertakes a diverse range of agricultural activity including cropping, livestock, wool, grain production, distilling and forestry.

The Applicant intends to enter a joint venture with the Vendor to acquire the Land.

The Applicant will invest in farm infrastructure on the land and intends for Lammermoor Station to become the first Regenerative Organic Certified fine wool producing farm in the world by 2029.
