Background

The Applicant is a New Zealand limited partnership which is part of the Craigmore Sustainables Group. It is a forestry and horticulture investment vehicle which currently holds a significant amount of land in New Zealand for forestry investment purposes.

The land is currently used for forestry purposes with the total productive area being approximately 329 hectares of pinus radiata. The Applicant will continue using the Land for forestry purposes.

Consent was granted as the Applicant has met the investor test criterion and the special forestry test criteria.
