Consultation is open on proposed changes to the Rating Valuations Rules. These changes will support the implementation of regulation changes to improve property revaluations.
The Valuer-General is seeking input around what nature of sales data will be required to be entered into the Landonline Notice of Change of Ownership form.
Local councils, legal and property valuation specialists who use the Landonline system are particularly encouraged to provide feedback.
