About PRNoC
Use a Post Registration Notice of Change (PRNoC) to complete a Notice of Change (NoC) after a dealing has been registered. This is necessary for some instrument types that do not allow a NoC to be completed in Landonline before the dealing is submitted.
You cannot save a PRNoC and return to it later – you will need to complete the NoC and immediately submit it.
For a PRNoC the notice type Post Registration Notice of Change displays at the top of the form.
Changes to a PRNoC aren't automatically saved
Landonline does not automatically save information entered in a PRNoC. If you navigate away from the form before submitting it, any changes will be lost. Information is saved only when the PRNoC is submitted.
1. Select the Supplementary Actions tab
On your Dealings landing page, select the Supplementary Actions tab.
2. Enter the instrument number from the registered dealing
The screen for creating a new Notice of Change (post registration) or correcting a previously submitted Notice of Change displays.
Enter the full instrument number into the search field. This search requires an exact match.
The instrument must be:
- registered
- eligible for a Notice of Change
- associated with your firm.
If you enter an instrument number that does not meet these criteria, an error message displays.
3. Select the instrument to open the NoC form
Landonline automatically searches for the instrument number. If the instrument is eligible for a PRNoC, it displays to the right of the search box.
Select the instrument to open the post registration Notice of Change form.
4. Complete the NoC
The NoC opens in a panel on the right, with Post Registration displayed at the top of the form.
The form includes some information pre-populated from the dealing. Review and update these details if required.
Complete the remaining fields, including all fields marked with a red asterisk.
For help completing the form, see steps 2 to 7 of Create and send a Notice of Change from within a dealing:

5. Send the NoC
You cannot save a PRNoC and return to it later. Once you complete the NoC, select Send before you leave the form.
When you select Send, Landonline immediately submits the PRNoC to the Valuer-General and the relevant Territorial Authority.
