Discharge instruments without a charge holder

A list of discharge instruments without the name of the charge holder.

You can fully or partially discharge some instruments which have no charge holder (encumbrancee) recorded in the memorial. Landonline will show a blank Name field for these instruments. You must enter the name of the charge holder so Landonline can process it.

When you prepare a full or partial discharge for this type of instrument a blank row will be shown by default and more rows can be added if necessary. This allows you to enter the name of the charge holder.
