An application for dry riverbed or streambed must meet the requirements of the Boundary Changes - Accretion and Dry Beds (Rivers and Streams) Standard 2018 – LINZS20013.
The Application to bring land under the Act – Dry Riverbeds and Streambeds Guideline 2018 – LINZG20782 has been developed to assist with the preparation and processing of applications to bring former dry riverbeds or stream beds under the Land Transfer Act 2017 (the Act).
This is an application to bring land under the Act (section 172). The process is set out in sections 171 - 183 of the Act.
