Troubleshooting attaching PDF images

Solve possible issues with uploading PDF images in Landonline.

My PDF images aren't uploading

Check the file size of your images. If the combined size of your files is more than 45 MB the images may not upload. Individual PDFs should not exceed 45MB in size.

You won’t be able to save the Prepare instrument page if any or all attachments exceed 45 MB.

Delete 1 or more attachments until the combined size is 45 MB or less.

To reduce the size of your PDFs, consider:

  • changing any coloured PDFs to black and white
  • removing any unnecessary images from the PDFs
  • compress the file size.

  • changing the type of font or font size to make it clearer
  • converting your documents to PDF again
  • scanning your documents again. for best results put through the top of your scanner or make sure your lid is closed.

'File has been flagged as potentially unsafe' error message

Try printing the document out and rescanning it as a PDF. Then upload the PDF again.

I can't preview or certify and sign my instrument
