Plan Generation is run in your web browser

Plan Generation is run directly in your web browser and not through a separate application like Citrix.

Working with large survey plans or drafting can place a heavy load on the processing and memory on your device.

Processes may slow performance

Resource intensive processes such as running a virus check, processing large quantities of survey data or having multiple browser windows open can slow performance of Plan Generation.

To get the best performance in Plan Generation: 

• limit the amount of applications running at the same time
• reduce the amount of browser windows open
• use a device with our recommended specifications.

Recommended specifications

We recommend the following specifications for your device. Plan Generation will still work if your device doesn't have these specifications, but it won't run as well.
