Toitū Te Whenua is the authoritative source of land title and cadastral survey records for New Zealand. These records contain information about property ownership and boundaries, and are essential to maintain property rights across the country.

If you require access to bulk property ownership data, you must apply for a LINZ Licence for Personal Data and acknowledge your obligations under the Privacy Act 2020 and the licence.

Other property related datasets are freely available on the LINZ Data Service, including:
