Corrigendum - Notice of a New Crown Protected Area Name for Te Aupouri Treaty of Waitangi Settlement 2015

In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 30 June 2016, Notice No. 2016-ln3774, replace the heading with
“Notice of a New Crown Protected Area Name for Te Aupouri Claims Settlement Act 2015 and Ngāti Kuri Claims Settlement Act 2015” 
and replace the entire preamble with
“Pursuant to section 40 of the Te Aupouri Claims Settlement Act 2015 and section 41 of the Ngāti Kuri Claims Settlement Act 2015, the New Zealand Geographic Board Ngā Pou Taunaha o Aotearoa (“Board”) hereby gives notice of a new official Crown Protected Area (CPA) name. The Schedule below specifies the details of the new official CPA name.

Corrigendum - Notice of Treaty Settlement Place Names for Te Roroa

In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 November 2008, Notice No. 2008-ln8690, insert the following sentence at the end of the fourth paragraph before Schedule 1: “Pursuant to section 84 of Te Roroa Claims Settlement Act 2008, the Board may in the future agree to alter any of the official place name listed in the Schedules, or their locations, with the written consent of the trustees of the Manawhenua Trust.”

In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 August 2014, Notice No. 2014-ln4847 and noting the corrigendum published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 August 2014, Notice No. 2014-ln5220, replace the first four paragraphs of the preamble with

In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 September 2014, Notice No. 2014-ln5964, alter the heading to ‘Notice of Altered Geographic Names and a Discontinued Crown Protected Area Name for the Tūhoe Claims Settlement Act 2014 and Te Urewera Act 2014’ 
and replace 
“The official geographic names and discontinued CPA name took effect on 25 August 2014, being the settlement date of the Te Urewera Act 2014 and the Settlement Act 2014.”
