Schedule / memorandum

New Landonline lets surveyors create and attach a schedule/memorandum supporting document, with the ability to define its tables and lines using the Schedule/memorandum panel.

    Watch this video to see how to prepare a schedule / memorandum.
  • Navigating the Schedule / memorandum panel

    Select the Schedule / memorandum icon from the Workflow control bar to begin. 
  • Create and delete a table

    Select + Create table to create your first table. A drop-down of table types will appear. From here, select the table type you require.
  • Add a row

    Once you’ve created the table, select + Add empty row.  A row will be added and you can now start populating the fields.
  • Download the schedule / memorandum as a PDF

    Once you have finished, select the Download button to download a copy of the schedule/memorandum as a PDF.  A read-only PDF will download.
  • Attach as supporting document

    Select the Attach as supporting document icon to automatically add it to supporting documents. If you open the Supporting documents panel you will see the schedule/memorandum attached here.
