You can create and attach a schedule/memorandum supporting document in Landonline, using the data from your captured survey.
In the Schedule / memorandum panel, you can:
- add as many tables and rows as you need – most situations are covered
- select parcels captured in your survey, either from a list or spatially, for Shown, Burdened land, and Benefited land
- show height limits
- add existing easements
- add amalgamation conditions, covenant notations, and other notes
- download the schedule/memorandum as a PDF
- attach the completed schedule/memorandum to your survey as a supporting document.
