Description: Toitū Te Whenua Land Information New Zealand lodged resource consent applications for the demolition and remediation of buildings at the former Tokanui Hospital site on 22 November 2024. The first application is for the substantial remediation works across the main hospital site (west of the Wharekōrino Stream), referred to as the Remediation Application.
